Answers before you book
The practical details guests most often ask about before, during, and after a visit.
Booking and availability
Finding and confirming your appointment.
- Availability reflects the treatment you choose, the branch or address, therapist schedules, existing bookings, and the session length. You only see time slots the team can genuinely honor.
- Mobile spa treatments are served by the branches whose coverage area includes your location. Your address tells us which branches and therapists can come to you.
- Couples sessions need two therapists at the same time, so a slot appears only when both are free at your chosen branch. Booking a few days ahead gives you the best choice of times.
Before your visit
Getting ready for a treatment.
- Arrive about 15 minutes early, avoid a heavy meal in the hour before, and let us know about injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or skin conditions when you book so your therapist can prepare.
- Come as you are. We provide robes, slippers, and disposable garments for treatments that need them, and Thai massage is done in soft spa clothing we provide.
- You are welcome to rest in the lounge with warm tea. Your therapist will share simple aftercare tips, like drinking water after a massage or skipping actives after a facial.
