How Your Visit Flows
- Arrive about 15 minutes before your appointment for a welcome drink and a short consultation.
- Your therapist carries out the treatment, and you can ask to adjust pressure or temperature at any time.
- Rest for a few minutes afterward over warm tea while the team shares simple aftercare tips.
