Three promises before every treatment
Whatever you book and whichever branch you visit, these three things always happen first.
1
A consultation before we begin
2
A freshly sanitized room and linens
3
Aftercare advice to take home
Before you arrive
- Arrive about 15 minutes early for check-in, a welcome drink, and your consultation.
- Avoid heavy meals and alcohol in the hour before a massage or body treatment.
- Share health conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or recent procedures when you book.
- Leave valuables at home where possible. Lockers are available at every branch.
During your treatment
This hour is yours. Tell your therapist if the pressure, temperature, or music is not right, and they will adjust without you needing to explain. Silence is welcome too. Many guests simply fall asleep, and we take it as a compliment.
- Phones stay on silent in treatment areas so every guest can switch off.
- You are always draped for privacy, and only the area being treated is uncovered.
- You can pause or stop any treatment at any time, no reason needed.
When we may recommend rescheduling
For your safety, we may recommend moving a session if you have a fever, a contagious condition, fresh sunburn, open wounds, or a recent medical procedure that needs clearance. Guests in their first trimester are booked with our prenatal-trained therapists and gentler treatments.

Etiquette questions
What guests most often ask before a first visit.
- Tips are never required and always appreciated. If a therapist made your day better, you can leave a tip at the front desk or hand it to them directly.
- Sleep away. Your therapist will wake you gently at the end of the session and give you time to come back to the world slowly.
